Buyer(s) consent to the following Terms and Conditions:

Yeaggy Corp.'s (herein after "YEAGGY" and/or "SELLER") acceptance of BUYER's orders is expressly dependent upon BUYER's consent to these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all parties, the terms and conditions of the BUYER's purchase order(s) will govern all transactions, unless modified in writing and signed by all parties. SELLER specifically rejects any terms or provisions which set any standards, specifications or damages related to quality and time of delivery or which contradict or purportedly claim to supercede these terms and conditions. BUYER acknowledges and agrees that all trademarks, designs, etc. of YEAGGY are not to be used, copied or distributrd without YEAGGY's written consent. BUYER agrees that garments and accessories cannot be marked down more than 30% (THIRTY) f the indicated Suggested Retail Price in the event of a sale.

Shipping: BUYER is responsible for the cost of shipping.

Delivery:

4-6 weeks for Lido Collection

6-8 weeks for YEAGGY Denim

6-8 weeks for Yeaggy Bridal.

If desired, we offer a gown Rush Fee of $300 per unit, jacket Rush Fee of $200 per unit, and an Accessory Rush Fee at $100 per unit. Please contact us directly with request.

No cancellations accepted once production has begun on any order, these items become the customer's financial responsibility. YEAGGY will exercise its best efforts to fill the received orders as promptly as practicable, subject however, to delays caused by Government orders or requirements, transportation conditions, factory delays, labor or material shortages, force majeure, or any other cause beyond YEAGGY's reasonable control. In all cases, YEAGGY will exercise its best efforts to advise the BUYER in advance of any inability to make full and timely delivery of any products that the BUYER has ordered. In the event that a Rush Order is not available to ship until 6-8 weeks, BUYER's Rush Fee will be refunded.

Notice of Defects/Returns: The BUYER must make any claims of defects, including, but not limited to, those related to shortages, quality, or specifications, within the first 7 (SEVEN) days after the receipt of the merchandise. The SELLER cannot be responsible for shortages where shipments are directed to a third party. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to inspect all orders upon receipt, confirming that all merchandise delivered matches its order. A written authorization from the SELLER must be obtained by the BUYER for any return merchandise. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. The SELLER will charge the BUYER a 25 (TWENTY FIVE)% restocking fee for returned merchandise.

Acceptance of goods with Known Defects Waives Claims for Damages: BUYER must notify SELLER in writing of all claims for damages known to BUYER at the time BUYER accepts the merchandise. BUYER hereby waives any claim damages, including late delivery, at the time merchandise is accepted.
